When will my meals arrive?

On delivery day, you’ll receive a text from the driver in the morning with the estimated time of arrival (ETA). After your delivery has been completed, the driver will provide a confirmation photo of the bag left at your door. Our meals are carefully packed with enough ice to stay fresh for up to two hours after delivery, so you don’t need to be home to receive your order.

While Sunday is our standard delivery day, we’re happy to accommodate alternate days if requested. On Friday, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s departure time from our facility and your specific delivery window based on your location.

If you’d like to update your delivery day, simply login to your account on our website. Navigate to the "Delivery Update Center" in the menu, select the "Day and Time" tab, and choose your preferred delivery county and day. You can indicate whether the change is permanent or a one-time adjustment. After making your selection, click "Submit" to confirm.

Please note that all delivery day changes must be processed through our online system to ensure accuracy. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate requests made through other channels.

How can I cancel or put my account on hold?

If you’ve recently placed an order, please wait until your meals are delivered. Then, beginning Monday at 6:00 PM when the new week begins, you’ll be able to pause your account.

Before suspending your account, please consider these alternatives: receiving meals on a different day, changing the delivery address, modifying the number of meals, or even skipping a week or more and setting up a future date for convenient reinstatement of your services.

Each meal typically contains an average of 200-300mg of sodium per serving. This moderate sodium level aligns with our commitment to providing healthy options tailored to the dietary preferences of our customers.
