When will my meals arrive?

On delivery day, you’ll receive a text from the driver in the morning with the estimated time of arrival (ETA). After your delivery has been completed, the driver will provide a confirmation photo of the bag left at your door. Our meals are carefully packed with enough ice to stay fresh for up to two hours after delivery, so you don’t need to be home to receive your order.

While Sunday is our standard delivery day, we’re happy to accommodate alternate days if requested. On Friday, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s departure time from our facility and your specific delivery window based on your location.

If you’d like to update your delivery day, simply login to your account on our website. Navigate to the "Delivery Update Center" in the menu, select the "Day and Time" tab, and choose your preferred delivery county and day. You can indicate whether the change is permanent or a one-time adjustment. After making your selection, click "Submit" to confirm.

Please note that all delivery day changes must be processed through our online system to ensure accuracy. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate requests made through other channels.

How can I cancel, pause, or put my account on hold?

Accepted Answer

If you’d like to put your account on hold, go to https://mealprepsundayservice.com/my-account-menu/suspend-subscription/. Log in to your account, select “Suspend Subscription” from the left-hand menu, and choose either a temporary or permanent suspension. For temporary holds, select “Pause Temporarily” and choose the date you’d like your account to reactivate, then click “Suspend” to confirm.

Please note that requests to suspend your account must be made through our website to ensure accuracy.

If you’d like to explore alternatives, you can adjust your delivery day, change your delivery address, modify the number of meals, or skip a week and set a future reinstatement date. Let us know if any of these options might work better for you!

What is the price for the service?

For your first order, you can sign up at a special rate of just $5.90 per meal.

Here are the meal package options:
5 meals for $64.60, 10 meals for $128.00, and 15 meals for $190.50.

On average, our meals cost $12.80 each. The best part is there’s no delivery fee, no time spent grocery shopping, and no cleanup required. Our service operates on a weekly subscription basis with no contracts or cancellation fees.

Can I customize my meals to accommodate dietary restrictions or preferences?

Yes, you can easily customize your meal plan to fit your dietary preferences, restrictions, and macros. Go to https://mealprepsundayservice.com/my-account/dietary-restrictions/, log in to your account, and select “Restrictions” from the menu on the left-hand side. Specify your dietary restrictions, preferences, and desired macros, then click “Save” to confirm your selections.

Please note that we do not alter the content of each meal; instead, we select meals that align with your restrictions and preferences.

What are the portion sizes of the meals?

Our meals are designed to align with your specific goals, whether you’re looking to burn fat, maintain your weight, or gain muscle.

The Burn Fat Plan features the smallest portions, with reduced calories and macros, helping you shed extra pounds while keeping you energized.

The Maintain Weight Plan offers balanced portions, providing the optimal calories and macros for staying in balance.

The Gain Muscle Plan has the largest portions, with higher calories and macros to support muscle growth and strength-building goals.

What is the default selection, and how does it work?

At Meal Prep Sunday, you have two options for receiving your meals. You can choose your meals yourself between Monday at 6 PM and Wednesday at 12 PM for delivery that weekend. If you don’t make a selection, we’ll automatically select meals for you based on your dietary preferences.

Please note that with the default selection, there is a possibility of receiving duplicate meals. Be sure to make your selections on time to ensure you get exactly what you’d like!
