How can I cancel, pause, or put my account on hold?

Log in to your account, select “Suspend Subscription” from the left-hand menu, and choose either a temporary or permanent suspension. For temporary holds, select “Pause Temporarily” and choose the date you’d like your account to reactivate, then click “Suspend” to confirm.
