To confirm that your account has been successfully canceled, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Visit your account overview page:

- Navigate to “My Subscription” and select “Overview.”
- Your current account status will be displayed at the top of the page.
Once your account has been successfully suspended, the status will read “Your Subscription is Suspended” at the top of your Account Overview. You will also receive a confirmation email when your account has been successfully canceled.
Please note that all cancellation, pause, or hold requests must be completed directly through our official website using the steps above. We’re unable to process these requests through other communication channels.
Additionally, any changes to an upcoming delivery must be made by Wednesday at 12:00 PM (PST). Updates submitted after this deadline will apply to the following order.
