How can I confirm my account has been canceled/paused/placed on hold?

To confirm that your account has been successfully canceled, paused, or placed on hold, please follow the steps outlined below:

Check Your Subscription Status:

Visit the following link to access your account overview: https://mealprepsundayservice.com/app-my-account-menu/overview.

Account Status:

After successfully pausing your account, the status will display as “Paused” at the top of the screen in your Account Overview.

You will also receive a confirmation email when successfully pausing your account.

Please note that requests must be made through our official website using the above steps. We are unable to process requests submitted via other communication channels.

Additionally, any changes to your upcoming delivery must be made before Wednesday at 12:00 PM (PST). Any modifications made after this deadline will apply to your following order.
