How can I pick up my meals?
If you’d like to switch to picking up your meals, you can easily update your delivery option through our website. Log in to your account at https://mealprepsundayservice.com/my-account-menu/delivery/. Once logged in, go to the "Delivery Update Center" in the left-hand menu. From the horizontal menu, click on “Pick Up” and select the option to change your delivery method to pick up at the facility. You’ll also choose whether this change is Permanent or One-Time, then confirm by clicking “Yes, Switch to Pickup.”
For accuracy, we can only process delivery changes made through the website using this method. Requests submitted via other channels won’t be accepted.
Additionally, our token policy allows you up to three changes after the cut-off time during your subscription period (from Wednesday at 12:00 PM to Saturday at 10:00 AM).
