How can I put my account on hold?

If you’d like to put your account on hold, go to https://mealprepsundayservice.com/my-account-menu/suspend-subscription/. Log in to your account, select “Suspend Subscription” from the left-hand menu, and choose either a temporary or permanent suspension. For temporary holds, select “Pause Temporarily” and choose the date you’d like your account to reactivate, then click “Suspend” to confirm.

Please note that requests to suspend your account must be made through our website to ensure accuracy. Any changes to your upcoming delivery must be submitted before Wednesday at 12 PM (PST). Requests made after this deadline will apply to the following order.

If you’d like to explore alternatives, you can adjust your delivery day, change your delivery address, modify the number of meals, or skip a week and set a future reinstatement date. Let us know if any of these options might work better for you!
