How can I reactivate my account?

We're excited about your reactivation. To get your account up and running again, you have a couple of options. You can simply let us know how many meals you'd like to receive, or you can follow these easy steps:


  1. Visit our website: https://mealprepsundayservice.com/app-my-account-menu/pause-or-suspend
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Click on the menu on the left-hand side labeled “Reactivation."
  4. Select the date that you want to reactivate and click “Reactivate”


Please make sure your payment method is updated on the system.


Additionally, if you would prefer to receive your meals sooner than the delivery dates currently available through the system, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team. We would be happy to personally review your request and see if an earlier delivery can be accommodated.
