How can I select my meals or change the selection?
If it's before the Wednesday at 12pm cut off, simply take 3 minutes and follow the below steps:
To select your meals, simply follow these steps and please be aware of the token policy which allows clients to make up to 3 changes after the cut-off time during your subscription period with Meal Prep Sunday, between Wednesday at 12:00 PM and Saturday at 10:00 AM:

Click on the menu on the left-hand side labeled "Select my meals."
Choose the quantity of meals you'd like to receive from each option.
Click "Modify" to confirm your selections.
