Please remember to select the date you want to reactivate and receive your meals, not the date you want to skip.

Before proceeding with the skip, consider these options: receiving meals on a different day, changing the delivery address, or modifying the number of meals.

Skipping a week is a straightforward process, and we want to ensure that your request is handled accurately. To do so, please follow these specific steps:

Log in to your account.

In the left-hand menu, select "Skipping."

Select the date that you want to reactivate your account and receive meals.

Confirm your skip by clicking the "Skip" button.

Please note that we only accept requests made through our website using the procedure outlined above to ensure that your request will be implemented as asked. Requests made through other communication channels will not be applied.

Additionally, please remember that any changes to your upcoming delivery must be made before Wednesday at 12 pm (PST). Any modifications made after this deadline will take effect on your following order.
