How can I update delivery instructions after the cut off?

Great question! We always recommend updating their delivery instructions.

While it is after the Wednesday at 12pm cut-off, Please be aware of the token policy which allows clients to make up to 3 changes after the cut-off time during your subscription period with Meal Prep Sunday, between Wednesday at 12:00 PM and Saturday at 10:00 AM:

To update your delivery instructions, simply follow these steps:

1. Visit our website: https://mealprepsundayservice.com/app-my-account-menu/delivery-center-new
2. Log in to your account.
3. Click on the menu on the left-hand side labeled “My Subscription” then "Delivery Address & Day"
4. Click “Unlock Delivery Preferences”
5. Modify your delivery instructions, then click "Save Changes".

Please note that modifications can only be accepted through our website to ensure everyone receives their chosen meals and to maximize customer satisfaction.
