How can I update my meal selection?

Great question! We always recommend the client selecting their own meals. 

To select your meals, simply follow these steps and please be aware of the token policy which allows clients to make up to 3 changes after the cut-off time during your subscription period with Meal Prep Sunday, between Wednesday at 12:00 PM and Saturday at 10:00 AM:

1. Visit our website: https://mealprepsundayservice.com/my-account/

2. Log in to your account.

3. Click on the menu on the left-hand side labeled “My Meal Plan” then “Select my meals."

4. Click "Modify Selection", then choose the quantity of meals you'd like to receive from each option.

5. Click "Save Selection" to confirm your selections.

Please note that modifications can only be accepted through our website to ensure everyone receives their chosen meals and to maximize customer satisfaction.

If your request is submitted after Wednesday at 12:00 PM, please follow the steps outlined below:
