How can I cancel, pause, or put my account on hold?

Log in to your account, select “Suspend Subscription” from the left-hand menu, and choose either a temporary or permanent suspension. For temporary holds, select “Pause Temporarily” and choose the date you’d like your account to reactivate, then click “Suspend” to confirm.
Please note that requests to suspend your account must be made through our website to ensure accuracy and clients can skip or cancel anytime.
