How do I cancel my delivery after the cutoff time?

Cancellations, skips, or downgrades requested after the cutoff time of 12:00 pm (PST) on Wednesday will apply to the following week, as your order will already have been processed.

If you need to cancel this week’s delivery, we can assist with a cancellation option that includes a 20% penalty fee. The remaining balance will be refunded to you. This option is available until Saturday at 10:30 am.

By agreeing to the penalty fee, you acknowledge that the meals will not be delivered. The fee helps minimize food waste, as last-minute changes involve meals that have already been prepared and cannot be repurposed.
