How do I update my macro information?

Updating your macro information is a straightforward process. Just follow these simple steps:

Visit our website: https://mealprepsundayservice.com/my-account/change-plan/

On the left-hand side menu, click on “My Meal Plans”

Then click “Change Your Goals”

Update the information and click “Update Metrics”

Please note that we only accept requests made through our website using the procedure outlined above to ensure that your request will be implemented as asked. Requests made through other communication channels will not be applied.

Additionally, remember that any changes for your upcoming delivery must be made before Wednesday at 12 pm (PST). Modifications made after this time will only take effect on the following order.
