How do you read the Spice Meter?

Thanks for reaching out and great question!

We would like to provide some clarification regarding the spiciness levels of our meals. Each meal includes a "Spiciness Meter" located below its description, which uses three colors to indicate the spice level:

Green: Little to no spice

Orange: Mild to moderate spice

Red: Noticeably spicy

We hope this helps you make informed meal choices. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions.

Warm regards,

Meal Prep Sunday
