How long are the meals safe in the bag after they are delivered?

Our insulated bags and ice packs keep your meals fresh for up to two hours after delivery. You’ll receive a text notification when the driver begins their route and another when your meals are successfully delivered.

You don’t need to be home to receive the meals, but we recommend retrieving them as soon as possible to ensure their freshness.
