I got food poisoning, what should I do?

Go to My Account Page-Head over to your account page by visiting: https://mealprepsundayservice.com/my-account/issue-resolution-center/#/

Select Issue Resolution Center-Once on the “My Account” menu, navigate to the “Issue Resolution Center”.

Create a New Ticket-Click on the “Create a New Ticket” option and fill in the required fields. Please include a brief description and provide detailed information about the problem you’re experiencing.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We take this issue seriously and are actively investigating its root causes. Our goal is not only to understand how this incident occurred but also to implement measures to prevent its recurrence.

As a service provider for a community of over 3,000 customers, we deliver an average of 35,000 meals weekly. To ensure the highest quality and accuracy in achieving this goal, our facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, adhere to the industry's strictest sanitation standards, and our staff undergo extensive food handling training. Additionally, we maintain a stringent quality control system and exclusively engage local suppliers known for their exceptional quality and precedence.

While this is by far not a common complaint for us and we haven’t received any similar complaints of the sort recently, we want to assure you that we do not take it lightly. The matter has been escalated to our quality control team, chefs, kitchen staff, and other managerial personnel to prevent any recurrence.

We strive to address and resolve most tickets within the next 1 to 2 hours. However, please note that depending on the complexity of the issue or the volume of inquiries received, it may take up to 24 hours for a response from our support team.
