Is pausing or placing your account on hold the same as canceling your account?

When you place your account on hold or pause temporarily, you will be prompted to select a future reactivation date. Suspending your account functions the same as canceling—once the hold is applied, you will not receive any additional charges or deliveries during that period.

Please note that timing is important. Any cancellations, skips, or downgrades submitted after the weekly cut-off of Wednesday at 12:00 PM will take effect the following weekend.
