The black containers are not reused, so feel free to recycle them. However, we do sanitize and reuse the insulated bags to promote sustainability.

You have three options for handling the bags:

-Store the bag and ice packs until you reactivate your account.
-Deliver the bag and ice packs to our company.
-Reuse the bags, and ice packs for your personal use.
