What type of oil do you use?
At Meal Prep Sunday, our focus is on health and wellness, and we avoid harmful ingredients in the preparation of our meals. We use a minimal amount of oil, primarily for non-stick purposes, such as searing chicken breast.
Depending on the application, we use coconut oil, avocado oil, and canola oil. When canola oil is used, we ensure it is in the smallest amount necessary to maintain the highest quality of our meals.
