We try our best to avoid any harmful ingredients in our process of preparation of our meals.
We use a minimal amount of oil in process of preparation of our product. We use oil for non sticking purposes such as searing a chicken breast.
Based on the application we do use, Coconut, avocado, and Canola.
When we use Canola oil, we ensure that we use the minimum amount necessary to create the highest quality meals for you.
