When will my meals arrive?
Our standard delivery day is Sunday, but if you’ve requested a different day, we’ll do our best to accommodate your preference. On Friday, you’ll receive a message from us with the driver’s departure time from our facility and the delivery window specific to your area.
Our logistics team will keep you informed, and you’ll also receive a text message with any updates regarding your delivery.
If you’d like to update your delivery day, you can do so easily through our website. Log in to your account, go to the "Delivery Update Center" in the menu, and select the "Day" tab. From there, choose your preferred delivery county and day, and indicate whether this change is permanent or one-time. After making your selection, click "Submit" to confirm.
Please keep in mind that delivery day changes can only be processed through this method to ensure accuracy. Unfortunately, we’re unable to process requests submitted through other channels.
