When will my meals arrive?
On delivery day, you’ll receive a text from the driver in the morning with the estimated time of arrival (ETA). After your delivery has been completed, the driver will provide a confirmation photo of the bag left at your door. Our meals are carefully packed with enough ice to stay fresh for up to two hours after delivery, so you don’t need to be home to receive your order.
While Sunday is our standard delivery day, we’re happy to accommodate alternate days if requested. On Friday, we’ll send you a message with the driver’s departure time from our facility and your specific delivery window based on your location.
If you’d like to update your delivery day, simply login to your account on our website. Navigate to the "Delivery Update Center" in the menu, select the "Day and Time" tab, and choose your preferred delivery county and day. You can indicate whether the change is permanent or a one-time adjustment. After making your selection, click "Submit" to confirm.
Please note that all delivery day changes must be processed through our online system to ensure accuracy. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate requests made through other channels.
